Feels Like Summer's Coming April 20, 2009

The puppies were busy, playn' and poopn, and having the best time. It was such a gorgeous evening, and they were cooling down from a hot day!! Enjoy these really cute videos and ignore the many "Oh my goodness gracious's" that came out of my mouth!! HA HA

April 19th & 20th,2009 Puppy Visiting Day

April 19th was so much fun. The puppies got to visit with Karen Dauskurdas and her 3 beautiful children, John and Maureen Fox and my friend Maria Uribe with her gorgeous little daughter Alina. We enjoyed visiting with everyone so much, that is until it got too hot, then we had to bring it inside....We took lots of wonderful pictures!

Traveling Wilbury George Harrison gets his "Star" on the Walk of Fame

I just had to post this because I have long been a fan of George Harrison, who also was a fellow Traveling Wilbury along with my favorite Tom Petty. I thinks it's about time that George got his "star".

Easter Weekend with the Puppies!

These are my friend Paula Fasnacht's beautiful grandchilren with the puppies on Easter. Paula and I have been friends since we were eight years old. We used to live across from each other on San Miguel Cyn Rd. I used to love to go and visit her at her house, because one of my fondest memories of my childhood was walking into their home and smelling delicious home made bread baking. It was incredible. It's wonderful that we are still friends!!

This was the first day the pups got to go outside for a a while. The time was short, and we have a small window of time before the winds kick up in Soledad, but they had a nice day in the sun. The are growing like weeds!! My best friend from the 3rd grade came over with her grandkids to see the puppies, but Josh only got one picture. So I'll probably post more once I can get in touch with Paula and get the pictures from her camera. It was really fun!!

HOLLISTER DOG DAYS - FUN, FUN, FUN!

My friend Tammy (Aunt Tammy to my dogs) who own's Ricky's brother Bailey will be heading up a terrific event to be held in Hollister. I know everyone's puppy will be too little to go, but I still encourage you to go, and take your kids and any other dogs that you might have, and have a great day. The money that is raised at this event will go towards the dream of Hollister having their very own dog park!!!

Weekend with Puppies - 4-3-09

My little Lucy...

Wendy and Tom's Visit with Ricky and Lucy's family. They enjoyed the grown up dogs as much as they did the puppies! They are really looking forward to trips to the mountains with their new baby.

We have a bunch of back sleepers, just like their mother. I have even found her in the whelping box asleep on her back with a couple of puppies on their backs too. It's hard to get that picture, because she always gets up before I can find the camera.

This weekend we got a lot of cute pictures of the puppies, with their first visit with Tom and Wendy (Mom and Dad) to one of the lucky boys and they had their first solid foods and we removed the railing and actually got some video of them. I hope to post the videos too if I can make it work.
